Chris has worked at University Hospital since 1999. He started his career in Financial Counseling and Bed Control. Since 2010 he has worked in hospital operations, with groups that include Valet, Gift Shop, Linens and EVS. Currently he oversees Security, Customer Service, Decedent Affairs, Telecommunications, Volunteers and Interpreter Services. He holds a BA in English and an MPA, both from the University of Utah. He is a member of the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals and a former board member for the Association for the Healthcare Environment. Chris is a volunteer running coach. He and his wife Kate have six children.
