Troy Wood has served as the Chief Executive Officer for Lakeview Hospital in Bountiful Utah since 2016. Prior to taking the helm at Lakeview, Troy served as Vice President of Business Development for the HCA Mountain Division covering the hospitals in Utah, Idaho and Alaska from 2012-2015. Troy also spent formative years at Lakeview Hospital serving as the Behavioral Health Director from 2001 to 2005, Assistant Administrator from 2005-2008 and Chief Operations Officer from 2008-2012.

Troy is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Troy earned a BA in Social Work and a BA in Psychology from Weber State University, a Masters of Social Work from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and an MBA from West Texas A&M University College of Business.
